Shipping policy

Shipment processing time 

Items Ready-to-Ship are processed within 2–3 business days of order receipt. Made-to-Order orders are processed within 2-3 days of project completion. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12 p.m. EST, through Sunday, or on holidays. 

If I am experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, I will contact you via email or phone. 

Shipping rates and delivery estimates 

Items are delivered using USPS Ground Shipping and UPS Ground Shipping. They typically arrive in 3 - 7 business days. 

Shipping is free. If expedited shipping is desired, those costs will be calculated when the item is processed to prepare for shipping.  

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes 

Crochet & Curiosities is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs). 

Damages 

Crochet & Curiosities is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
