Pink Tied Blanket

I made a baby blanket for my granddaughter when she was a few months old. Do you remember those tied blankets that would be on your bed or draped over the couch? They are two-sided and soft, and the very best to wrap around you to keep you cozy. I just loved them.

This baby blanket inspired a larger, though no less cuddly, version.  My primary direction from this customer was, "I don't care what patterns you choose--I just want it to be PINK."  I brought in some whimsy with checked patterns, and little piglets, and strawberries.
